2024 Lodge Events
In addition to hosting a monthly lodge gathering, VOTS lodge members also participate in a variety of community activities, including the annual International Festival at the Oak Ridge Children’s Museum, the Farragut Independence Day Parade, and the Knox County Adopt a Mile program.
Unless otherwise identified, the following lodge events will be held at Faith Lutheran beginning at 4pm
- Saturday, February 24th VOTS will be participating in the International Festival at Oak Ridge Children’s Museum.
- Sunday, March 17th The Lodge will be celebrating St.Patrick’s Day – The Viking Way! Event begins at 4pm at Faith Lutheran Church.
- Sunday, May 19th. Syttende Mai celebration and dinner in Maryville.
- Thursday, July 4 Annual Farragut Independence Day Parade and picnic.
- Sunday, October 20 – Torsk & meatball supper at Faith Lutheran Church.
- Sunday, December 8. Juletrest at Messiah Lutheran Church.
The Vikings of the Smokies Executive Board normally meets the first Monday of each month at 9am at Faith Lutheran Church. All Lodge members are invited and encouraged to attend.
